1.1. Up Next Studio is an online brand offering original illustrated apparel, accessories, gifts and other creative products.
1.2. Many of our products are made to order and are produced after an order has been confirmed.
1.3. These Terms apply to visitors, registered users and customers of our website.
2. Eligibility and Customer Information
2.1. You must be at least 18 years old to place an order independently, or have the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
2.2. You agree to provide accurate information, including your name, delivery address, PIN code, email address and mobile number.
2.3. You are responsible for ensuring that your order details, including product size, colour and quantity, are correct before completing your purchase.
3. Products and Availability
3.1. We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, sizes, colours, prices and images accurately.
3.2. Actual product colours may vary slightly because of screen settings, printing processes and materials. Minor measurement variations may also occur. These variations do not exclude remedies for genuine defects or products that do not conform to their description.
3.3. Product availability may change. If we cannot fulfil an accepted order, we will contact you and arrange an appropriate resolution, including a refund where applicable.
3.4. Product images are illustrative, and actual placement or appearance may vary slightly within reasonable production tolerances.
4. Pricing and Payments
4.1. All product prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes where required.
4.2. Standard shipping is free for all prepaid and Cash on Delivery (COD) orders within serviceable locations in India.
4.3. We accept the payment methods made available at checkout, which may include UPI, debit cards, credit cards, net banking and Cash on Delivery.
4.4. Online payments are processed through authorised third-party payment service providers. We do not directly store complete card payment details.
4.5. If an online payment fails or cannot be verified, the order may remain pending until payment is confirmed.
5. Order Confirmation and Processing
5.1. Orders are subject to payment verification where applicable, product availability, serviceability and acceptance.
5.2. Since many products are made to order, production generally begins after an order has been confirmed and released for fulfilment.
5.3. For prepaid orders, processing begins after successful payment verification.
5.4. COD orders require confirmation through WhatsApp before they are released for production. If a customer does not respond to reasonable confirmation attempts, the order may remain on hold or be cancelled.
5.5. Once an order has entered production, changes or cancellations may not be possible, subject to applicable consumer rights and our Refund and Returns Policy.
5.6. We reserve the right to decline or cancel orders where necessary because of payment issues, suspected fraud, incorrect information, unavailable products or delivery restrictions. Where payment has already been received, an appropriate refund will be arranged.
6. Shipping and Delivery
6.1. We currently deliver within India to serviceable PIN codes.
6.2. Production and preparation typically take 2–3 working days after order confirmation and release for production.
6.3. Standard delivery is generally estimated at 7–10 working days from order confirmation, including production and shipping. COD timelines begin after customer confirmation.
6.4. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary because of courier operations, holidays, remote destinations, weather or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
6.5. Customers must provide complete and accurate delivery information and ensure that someone is available to receive the order.

7. Cancellations, Returns, Replacements and Refunds
7.1. As many products are made to order, we generally do not accept cancellations after production begins or returns solely because of a change of mind or an incorrectly selected size or colour.
7.2. If a product arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, incorrect or incomplete, customers should contact us promptly with their order details and supporting evidence.
7.3. We request that visibly damaged packages be reported within 24 hours of delivery, and damaged, defective, incorrect or missing products within 3 days of delivery, so that we can investigate and raise claims promptly with our fulfilment partners.
7.4. These reporting periods help us investigate issues and do not override any non-excludable rights or remedies available under applicable consumer law.
7.5. Eligible claims will be reviewed and resolved through an appropriate replacement, refund or other remedy as applicable.

8. Intellectual Property
8.1. Unless otherwise stated, the original artwork, illustrations, graphics, branding, logos, text and other creative content displayed on our website belong to Up Next Studio or are used with appropriate permission or licence.
8.2. You may not reproduce, commercially exploit, distribute or use our protected content without prior authorisation, except as permitted by applicable law.
8.3. Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of the intellectual property in its artwork or design.
9. Acceptable Website Use
9.1. You agree not to misuse our website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, submit fraudulent orders or use it for unlawful purposes.
9.2. We may restrict access or cancel suspicious or fraudulent transactions where reasonably necessary, subject to applicable law.
10. Privacy and Data Protection
10.1. We collect and process customer information as necessary to operate our website, process orders, arrange delivery and provide customer support.
10.2. Customer information may be shared with payment processors, fulfilment providers, courier partners and other service providers where necessary to deliver our services.
